Two free cookies ride along in every first box. We pick, you judge. Baked fresh · Kept at 38°F

20+ grams of protein. Zero shaker bottles.

It’s a cookie. It’s not just a cookie.

It eats like a cookie, fills like a meal, and fuels your day the way real food should. Baked in small batches, stored where the real food lives.

Every first box ships with two extra cookies, free, in flavors you didn’t pick.

What this is

High protein. High fiber. Slow-baked in small batches with sweet potatoes, chickpeas, chia, and flax. Made the way you’d make it yourself, if you had the time — and kept in the fridge, because nothing in here is meant to sit on a shelf for a year.

We’re a small bakery with one strong opinion: eating well shouldn’t require equipment, math, or an apology.

The taste part

Soft. On purpose.

Most protein bars solved for grams and landed on the texture of drywall. We started from the cookie side instead.

The interior, on the record.

Not a protein bar.

No whey, no soy isolate, no candy-bar gymnastics. Legumes, seeds, oats, and a little theatrical chocolate.

Not a regular cookie.

A regular cookie is a sugar crash in a crumb coat. This one carries a meal’s worth of protein and fiber under the chocolate.

Not a brick.

Baked low and slow, then cold-shipped so the texture survives the trip. It arrives chewy, not shellacked.

The label, translated

Strong is a long game.

No superfood theater and no detox anything, just two numbers worth reading.

20+g

of complete plant protein

Protein is how you keep muscle as the decades add up, stay full past mid-morning, and skip the energy cliff. Twenty-plus grams puts one cookie in the same conversation as a real meal.

9g

of prebiotic fiber

Fiber is the unglamorous one: it feeds your gut, helps keep blood sugar steady, and keeps “full” from turning into “snacky” an hour later. Nine grams is about a third of a day’s worth, from a cookie.

The slow burn Slow-digesting carbs from sweet potato and oats. No spike, no slump.

Gut-first Chia, flax, and prebiotic fiber that keep digestion on speaking terms with you.

No refined sugar Sweet enough to be a cookie, without the crash that usually comes with one.

Baked low and slow to retain essential nutrients. Sweetened with allulose and a little agave: no refined sugar, no sugar-alcohol aftertaste.

For the record

Stop earning it. Just eat it.

No cheat days, no “guilt-free,” no sit-ups owed. More protein than three eggs and more fiber than a bowl of oatmeal. Eat it like food, because it is.
